Experience

I have worked in Kent State University's Theatre in their costume shop and backstage for a semester as a costume design minor. I aided the costume designer and other assistants in sewing costumes, tailoring, and during fittings. Backstage, I managed quick changes, costume upkeep between shows, and organization.

I am currently an intern in Cleveland, OH with Cokovenda J. Collection, which designs and constructs custom prom dresses. I work with the owner/designer Cory to build corsets, hand sew applique and beading, create samples for fittings, and sew up the final dresses.
