The Venue Operations Associate supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and presentation of the David H. Koch Theater (DHKT) and New York City Ballet facilities at the Samuel B. and David Rose Building. This role coordinates building services, administrative functions, payroll documentation, inventory, inspections, vendor projects, and venue readiness to ensure a clean, safe, functional, and welcoming environment for artists, staff, patrons, and visiting companies.



Working closely with DHKT Production, Guest Experience, and Venue Management, the Associate helps maintain the venue+rsquo;s facilities to a high standard while supporting the successful execution of performances, rehearsals, rentals, and special events. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
