The Stage Manager (SM) is responsible for stage managing assigned PCPA productions, in collaboration with the Production Stage Manager (PSM). The SM supports the artistic and production staff to ensure the smooth operation of every rehearsal, performance, and production event within budgeted financial, time, safety, and personnel resources. Assigned productions include productions with Actors+rsquo; Equity Association (AEA) members. The SM models and maintains professional practices and oversees the artistic and operational integrity of assigned productions.
Salary pay range is $70,304 to $72,384 annually. PCPA covers 100% of health, dental, + vision insurance premiums. Benefits include 10 paid days for the holiday break, 10 paid days of vacation per year, paid holidays and paid days of sick time.
