COMPENSATION
- Hourly rate: $23.00-$30.00/hour, paid bi-weekly
- Start date: TBD
- Annual performance bonus structure (details to be provided separately)

After completing a 60-day probationary period, position is eligible for:

ROLES + RESPONSIBILITIES

- 3D Modeling + Design Translation
- Shop + Installation Drawing Creation
- CNC Preparation + Output
- CAD Library + File Organization
- Working closely with Estimating and Production to ensure drawings match real-world build constraints

REQUIRED SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD software (e.g., Vectorworks, SketchUp, AutoCAD) with an emphasis on Vectorworks
- Strong attention to detail and spatial reasoning
- Ability to translate design intent into buildable shop drawings
- Organized file and revision management practices

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in scenic fabrication, themed entertainment, or exhibit design
- CNC programming or output experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Primarily desk-based work with regular computer use. Occasional walk-throughs of the shop floor. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
