Bilingual Tour Manager / Production Assistant

A San Francisco+ndash;based nonprofit flamenco company, is seeking a resourceful, organized Spanish/English-speaking Tour Manager / Production Assistant to support our upcoming projects to New York City and Sellersville, PA, January 13+ndash;18, 2027,

We+rsquo;re looking for someone who enjoys working with artists, can confidently handle travel logistics, and is willing to help with production coordination at times as well. This person will work closely with our artistic directors and production manager, supporting projects before, during, and after performances.

Responsibilities may include:

Coordinate artist airport pickups, meals, and daily schedules.

Travel with the company and serve as a reliable point of contact for artists.

Arrange and drive rental vehicles, including passenger vans.

Communicate itineraries, rehearsal schedules, departure times, and venue calls.

Assist our production manager with advance planning, venue communication, backstage logistics, and post-show coordination.

Help with practical production tasks, errands, and load-in/load-out as needed.

Organize receipts, expenses, and follow-up details.

Ideal candidate:

Fluent in Spanish and English.

Organized, dependable, proactive, and calm when plans change.

Comfortable balancing artist support with hands-on production assistance.

Valid driver+rsquo;s license and comfortable driving a passenger van.

Experience in dance, theater, live events, or arts administration is helpful; extensive tour-management experience is not required.
