Job Summary:+nbsp;
The Food + Beverage Staff Member position works with the Front of House + Business Managers, and Food + Beverage Supervisors acting as a food and beverage staff representative assisting with the execution of food and beverage duties associated with the event.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Become familiar with state, local and REP food safety regulations and procedures
+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp; Become familiar with and execute REP food and beverage equipment, timing of production and delivery procedures
+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp; Assist in general care of food and beverage area, including keeping a clean and orderly space
+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp; +nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp; Assist with top of day, during event and end of day prepping and cleaning of food and beverage areas
+nbsp;Acquire knowledge of on-board experience, performance highlights, and venue facility
+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp;+nbsp; +nbsp;+nbsp; Works with the entire event team to maintain a positive, enjoyable, and rewarding environment for all staff and passengers
Deliver exceptional teamwork
Other duties as assigned
Work Environment
Ability to work weekends and evenings
Varied schedule requiring evenings, weekends and overtime
Varying temperatures and weather conditions; both indoor and outdoor
Majority of time spent on feet
Workday is spent in and around active railroad yard(s)

Working on+nbsp;THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride+nbsp;is unlike anything you will ever do. This immersive experience is entirely unique to Rail Events Productions. The challenge of producing a full-length production on a moving train is one of the most rewarding experiences as an artist or technician. With a total cast and crew of 40-50 people onsite every day and the possibility of over 2,000 guests, our days can be chaotic.
