Production Manager (aka Performing Arts Technical Supervisor) +mdash; Haugh Performing Arts Center

Citrus College is looking for an experienced Production Manager to run the technical side of two venues: the Haugh Performing Arts Center and the Citrus College Little Theater.

If you love the puzzle of making a show happen +mdash; juggling producers, crews, and rental clients while keeping quality high and the budget intact +mdash; this could be your next gig.
The role: You'll advance every production coming through the Haugh, then organize and supervise load-in, rehearsal, performance, and strike for everything from in-house professional productions to rentals to Citrus College's own shows and events. You'll be the connective tissue between producers, house crew, the shop coordinator, faculty and students, rental users, and technical personnel +mdash; keeping communication open, consistent, and effective across the board. You'll also keep an eye on the building itself, diagnosing and planning the maintenance and improvements that keep the Haugh running at its best.

The details: Full-time, year-round position. Starts at $7,587/month, climbing incrementally over seven years to $10,166/month.
