TBA Casting is hiring a Rehearsal Director to join our wonderful cast for the ongoing run of The Jury Experience! We can't wait to hear from you. x

The Jury Experience is a 60-minute scripted play presented as a live courtroom trial. The audience serves as the jury, and the show features alternative endings based on their verdict.

Location: Must be Portland, OR local hires
Union Status: Non-Union
Rehearsal Dates: Tuesday, October 6: 5:00-9:00 PM + Thursday, October 8: 5:00-9:00 PM

Performance Venue: Alberta Abbey | 126 NE Alberta St, Portland, OR 97211

Performance Dates: 2 Shows Per Date
Saturday, October 10 (4:00 + 7:00 PM)
Friday, November 13 (6:00 + 8:30 PM)

Additional show dates will be added and we are looking for cast / crew with continuing availability through 2027. Pickup rehearsals will be scheduled prior to each subsequent show date on cast/crew availability.

Strong possibility of this director being brought on to our other TJE show if the fit is right.

REHEARSAL DIRECTOR
Leads the cast in rehearsals, guiding performance, timing and character work to ensure a polished, consistent show. Provides feedback, coaching, and support to help the current cast deliver their best on stage. References show recordings for blocking consistency. Sends daily rehearsal reports to cast, production, and TBA. Attends all rehearsals and one performance.

Rehearsal Director Compensation:
Training, Primary Rehearsals, + First Show Attendance: $800 flat.
Pickup Rehearsals: $40/hour for rehearsal hours attended.
