Northern Stage Theatre Company seeks 2 Spotlight Operators and 1 Projections Operator for the upcoming production of Disney+rsquo;s FROZEN: The Broadway Musical.

No experience necessary! Operators will be trained during the tech process.

We are looking for applicants local to the New England area. Northern Stage is located in White River Junction, Vermont.

Spotlight Operators will be working in a mesh-tension grid or in the catwalks located 20+rsquo; above the stage, directly over the audience, and operating a converted Source4Leko lighting fixture.
The Projections Operator will be seated in the booth launching projection cues.
Both positions will be given cues from the Production Stage Manager via headset.

Contract dates for Spotlight Operators: 11/12/2026 - 1/3/2027
Contract dates for Projections Operator: 11/17/2026 - 1/3/2027
Pay: $16.25/hour

We will run 8 shows a week with Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day off.
