Los Angeles Opera seeks a new Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations. This critical role offers the chance to lead all human resources, organizational culture, and labor relations for the company as a key thought partner to, and direct report of, the CEO. Working closely with the entire executive team and board, they will ensure that strategic people initiatives bolster the organization+rsquo;s commitment to artistic brilliance and mission-driven impact while maintaining the fiscal health and long-term vitality of the institution.

With an annual budget of approximately $50 million and a year-round, full-time staff of 95 plus an additional 900 seasonal and part-time employees, the company currently presents five mainstage productions in its home at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in downtown Los Angeles, as well as smaller scale presentations in other venues.
