MEP, the Producing and General Management company, is seeking a Company Manager for the upcoming national tour of The Hip Hop Nutcracker.


Start Date: Week of October 12, 2026


Rehearsals will begin mid-October in Los Angeles, with tour dates running November 8 through January 3, 2027.


The ideal candidate will have prior touring experience+mdash;particularly with one-night and split-week engagements+mdash;and bring strong communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as a proactive mindset and positive attitude.


Key Responsibilities include:

*Oversee day-to-day company operations on the road, serving as primary point of contact for cast, crew, and creative team
*Manage housing, travel, per diems, and local transportation in each market
*Supervise company well being, including conflict resolution and HR-related issues
*Track and reconcile Amex expenses
*Handle insurance, incident reports, and emergency situations as needed
*Liaise with presenters/venues on ticket counts, comps, and house seats

*Oversee load-in/load-out logistics in coordination with Production Manager
*Maintain contact sheets and up-to-date company documentation
*Managing payroll and accounts payable
*Conducting settlements and preparing reports for General Management and Producers
