Rose Brand is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects for clients in theatre, hospitality, casino, cruise ship, themed entertainment, and live event environments. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning and design through fabrication, installation, commissioning, and client handoff.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and strong customer service with a hands-on approach to project execution.
Key Responsibilities
+bull; Manage multiple fabrication projects simultaneously.
+bull; Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies within budgetary guidelines.
+bull; Coordinate internal departments, vendors, contractors, and installation crews to deliver projects as scheduled.
+bull; Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
+bull; Maintain clear communication with sales and all stakeholders throughout all project phases.
+bull; Lead projects involving theatrical drapery systems, track, automation, and related equipment.
+bull; Maintain a comprehensive understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
+bull; Support design, submittal documentation, fabrication planning, and installation logistics.
+bull; Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges throughout project timeline.
+bull; Ensure compliance with theatrical standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
+bull; Ensure projects meet customer expectations and performance requirements.
+bull; Coordinate field activities and provide technical direction.
+bull; Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and quality workmanship.
+bull; Conduct project reviews and lessons learned following completion.
+bull; Maintain Rose Brand+rsquo;s commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required
+bull; Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, theatrical production, technical services, rigging installation, or related fields.
+bull; Technical theatre experience in stage operations, scene shops, fabrication, or installation environments.
+bull; Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
+bull; Hands-on technical mindset with practical problem-solving skills.
+bull; Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly organized.
+bull; Extensive knowledge of theatrical machinery, automation, rigging systems, track systems, and stage hardware.
+bull; Experience leading crews or teams of four or more people.
+bull; Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+bull; Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
+bull; Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
+bull; Ability to travel locally, domestically, and internationally.
Preferred
+bull; ETCP certification.
+bull; Experience with CAD drawings, fabrication coordination, and technical design.
+bull; Background in custom installation projects and theatrical engineering.
+bull; Knowledge of entertainment industry standards and regulations.
