Shakespeare Theatre Company seeks Concessions Attendants to join our Audience Services team. This part-time position plays a crucial role in enhancing the patron experience at our theatre. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about theatre and committed to providing exceptional service in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates must be available to work weeknights, weekends, holidays, and special events. Responsibilities include: providing excellent guest service to a high volume of patrons in small window of time, preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and snacks in accordance with the Theatre+rsquo;s standards and DC laws, maintaining an extensive knowledge of the theatre+rsquo;s drink menus and making recommendations to patrons, addressing any concerns or requests with respect and efficiency, keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times, and conducting inventory checks at the start and conclusion of each shift. This position is paid $19.00 per hour plus tips, plus free admission to each of our shows.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 25lbs, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21 or older.
