Seeking an Assistant project Manager to work under the direction of the Project Manager to lead the on-site installation crews for Time Mission locations, entertainment facilities with 25-30 interactive game rooms. Theatre adjacent, rooms all have set pieces and deco from overseas manufacturers, which need to be assembled on a tight timeline.

Communication with clients.
Organizing tasks to increase efficiency.
Scheduling and reporting on progress.
Identifying and escalating site issues to the team.

Experience with Technical Direction, Production Management, set carpentry, and low voltage electronics preferred in some combination. Willing to train the right candidate.

Substantial travel required up-to 60%, long stays as primary lead on location installs.

Hotel, flight, and ground transportation all covered by the company for business travel.
