We+rsquo;re looking for a motivated, dependable individual who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and being part of a team that brings events to life.

What You+rsquo;ll Do

Your time will be split between our warehouse and event sites.

Warehouse Responsibilities

* Prepare, test, and pack equipment for upcoming events
* Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
* Maintain, clean, and organize inventory
* Inspect, repair, and report damaged equipment
* Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
* Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and professional
* Help improve storage systems and workflow

Event Responsibilities

* Deliver, set up, and strike event equipment
* Assist with audio, video, lighting, staging, pipe + drape, d+eacute;cor, and rental installations
* Run basic production equipment during events (training provided)
* Troubleshoot equipment as needed
* Work alongside production managers and technicians to execute successful events
* Represent Event Pros professionally while interacting with clients and venues

What We+rsquo;re Looking For

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
* Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays (our busiest times)
* Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
* Team player with strong communication skills
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Valid driver+rsquo;s license (preferred)

Experience Preferred (Not Required)

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

* Live events
* Audio, video, or lighting
* DJ or entertainment
* Staging and truss
* Warehousing
* Forklift operation
* Electrical or construction
* Rigging
* General production

Don+rsquo;t have experience? We+rsquo;re willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and is eager to learn.
