Come grow with us! Red Mountain Theatre, a Tony Award+ndash;winning Broadway Producer and 47-year-old regional theatre, seeks a dynamic Academy Manager to help shape and execute our dynamic educational programs from our state-of-the-art Arts Campus. Are you a:

The Academy Manager is responsible for developing and implementing all facets of individual tuition-based programming. This work encompasses artistic content conception, efficient administration, and effective engagement with young people and their parents with a strategic understanding of both the mission and revenue goals of the department.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Education or Theatre
3 years+rsquo; experience teaching and/or work administrating programs for young people.
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and sales skills.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to think strategically about long-term goals while implementing current programming.
Ability to relate well to young people and adults
