Pay

$1,600 weekly plus $50/day per diem per week

Position: Event and VIP Manager

Tour Dates: Begins September 19, 2026 Ends: December 17, 2026 (with a layoff from 11/9/26 - 12/3/26) Ideally looking for a candidate who desires long-term work as the show has toured every Spring and Fall for the last 20 years.

Tour Description:
Join a seasoned touring game show for its FALL 2026 tour. The tour visits Performing Arts Centers, Casinos, and Arenas, with crew and cast traveling on a single bus with a trailer. Accommodations include individual hotel rooms on off days.

Compensation:
$1,600 weekly as a taxable employee or 1099
$50/day per diem
3 Meals and snacks on all show days.

Responsibilities:
Gather gear and set up lobby and VIP areas.
Train and guide locals on nametag writing procedures.
Assist in the Production Office.
Guide guests to Meet and Greet.
Help facilitate meet and greet and post-show VIP experiences.
Take Meet and Greet photos.
Guide audience members through the registration and VIP process.
Provide direction to locals on set up of registration and VIP areas.
Assist with registration database as needed.
Assist at the production table during the show.
Maintain inventory of lanyards, laminates, giveaway and materials.

Proficiencies and Requirements:
This is a public facing job, so people skills and customer service skills are essential.
Excellent handwriting is important.
Proficiency in effectively communicating with audience as well as local staff.
Ability to make aesthetic judgements about lobby and VIP set-up constructively with local operators.

General Duties:
Other duties as assigned by the Producer or General Manager.
Maintain a drug and alcohol-free workplace.
Maintain a professional appearance (dress code).

Experience and Communication:
Prior touring experience preferred.
Experience in performing arts center/theater environments.

Typical Daily Schedule (Load In/Out):
Venue access: 8:30am
Load in: 10am - 2pm
Rehearsal: 3pm-5:30pm
Registration and Name Tags 5:00pm
Meet and Greet 6:30pm
Show: 7:30pm +ndash; 9:30pm
Post Show VIP Package: 9:30pm +ndash; 10pm
Load out: 9:30pm - Midnight
Bus call: Typically, 1am after all crew and cast have showered.

Daily Tasks Include:
Participate in morning staff meetings.
Work with tour team and direct locals as needs arise.
Direct locals during registration.
Keep notes during performance.
Provide directions to audience members, local staff, guests and VIPs.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced touring environment.
