The Head Electrician is primarily responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and technical execution of lighting and projections for all KCRep productions and events. This position focuses on console operation, paperwork preparation, and hands-on technical support to ensure that designs are realized accurately and efficiently. The role supports the Director of Lighting + Projections by maintaining the highest technical standards, assisting with equipment maintenance, and ensuring that daily production needs are met. This role does not include departmental supervision or administrative duties; instead, it emphasizes technical expertise, collaboration, and reliability.
