Overall Description: Northlight Theatre is seeking a Production Assistant for hourly employment for 4 consecutive shows or on a show-by-show basis, October 2026 through early-June 2027. Working under the supervision of the Production Manager and Stage Manager, the Production Assistant is responsible for attending rehearsals, tracking props, preparing all run paperwork, and assisting the Stage Manager in their duties as requested for all Northlight events including Mainstage Productions.

Qualifications: Previous experience required. Stage management and run crew experience is a plus.

Compensation: Compensation is hourly at $22 per hour, with eligibility for overtime pay and earned paid leave.
