The Project Manager will support multiple Volt Productions from quote to completion. The Project

Manager will be responsible for taking a project from initial Producer hand off to end of project including,

but not limited to, site surveys, estimating, documenting, crewing, prepping, overseeing, and close out.

This position is a client facing position that will require excellent communication skills, as well as some

travel, when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle

● Working closely with the Sales team to accurately quote jobs

● Knowledge of entertainment rigging practices preferred

● Work with the CAD department to produce accurate drawings and deliverables

● Attending site surveys as needed

● Overseeing prep, install, strike, and ingest, as needed

● Working with Production Labor Manager to crew shows, as needed

● Some travel may be required

● Provide training and feedback to senior and junior crew members

● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of project planning/management experience

● Proven experience with managing large cross-functional projects, specifically in the

entertainment industry

● Knowledge of electricity, electronics, networking, and construction required

● Experience with budgeting for projects required

● Bachelor+rsquo;s Degree preferred

● Experience with Vectorworks preferred

● Experience managing project teams of 1-15 members and fast-paced schedules

● Ability to engage effectively at all levels, from entry-level to C-suite

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

● Able to collect and analyze data to support project goals and initiatives

● Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in oral and written communication

● Able to manage concurrent projects with overlapping timelines

● Previous experience with rental software a plus

Compensation Package:

● Salary Exempt Position $130-150 k paid bi-weekly, at will

● 40 hours paid time off.+dagger;

● 48 hours sick leave.+dagger;

+dagger; Sick hours remaining at the end of the year will go away, with a new bank of 48 hours of sick available as of 1/1. Any vacation hours remaining at the end of the year will rollover to the new year.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
