The Ticketing Manager owns the intersection of revenue and relationship management. You will be the primary architect of our CRM software, responsible for everything from event builds to high-level sales analysis.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of box office/CRM management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills including CRM software experience
Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience in conflict resolution and/or customer service.
