Shakespeare Theatre Company seeks to hire Part-time Box Office Sales Associates. These positions provide the highest level of customer service to STC patrons and assist with customer needs via email, phone, and in person. Associates are regularly assigned ticketing projects. STC productions are performed at the Klein Theatre and Harman Hall in downtown Washington DC. These are part-time positions with an hourly rate $19.00 - $23.00 depending on experience.

Candidates should have experience in Tessitura (or any ticketing system) and Windows, prior customer service experience, attention to detail, a calm and pleasant demeanor, problem-solving skills, and a desire to help others. Please note that this position is fully onsite and requires evening and weekend shifts.
