The Company Manager/Artistic Assistant is responsible for assisting the Artistic Director (AD) in day-to-day operations and in collaborating with the (AD) to identify, secure, and engage creative leadership and cast for RMT productions and other artistic needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience working in a professional theatre environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, while being thorough and efficient
Self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Sign, and Outlook
Ability to execute projects efficiently and according to schedule
