Job Summary

The Food + Beverage Staff Member position works with the Front of House + Business Managers and Food + Beverage Supervisors, acting as a food and beverage staff representative to assist with the execution of food and beverage duties associated with the event.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Become familiar with state, local, and REP food safety regulations and procedures

Become familiar with and execute REP food and beverage equipment, timing of production, and delivery procedures

Assist in the general care of the food and beverage area, including keeping a clean and orderly space

Assist with top of day, during event, and end of day prepping and cleaning of food and beverage areas

Acquire knowledge of on-board experience, performance highlights, and venue facility

Works with the entire event team to maintain a positive, enjoyable, and rewarding environment for all staff and passengers

Deliver exceptional customer service

Operate and maintain point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy and efficiency

Other duties as assigned



Work Environment

Ability to work weekends and evenings

Varied schedule requiring evenings, weekends, and overtime

Varying temperatures and weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor

The majority of the time is spent on the feet

Workday is spent in and around active railroad yard(s)
