Pace Live is an international producer of touring productions across North America, the UK, Ireland, and Australia. We're accepting applications from experienced touring Audio Technician for both immediate placement and upcoming tours across the 2026+ndash;27 touring schedule.

What the work looks like
Mixing live music, dance, and backing tracks on touring productions
Allen + Heath SQ5, Yamaha QL1, and similar desks
Wireless mic and IEM management
Sound checks in variable-quality venues
Full involvement in load-in/out

Pay + tour basics
Starting at USD $1,000/week (depending on experience) + $420/week per diem
Shared accommodation and all travel provided
Fast-paced touring schedule +mdash; frequent travel between cities and short engagements at each venue

What we're looking for
Solid experience mixing musical theatre, dance, or live music on tour
Calm technical problem-solver +mdash; doesn't panic when the RF goes sideways
Road-ready and tour-fit
Team player, low drama

Tour structure
Both long and short stint tours available
Potential for ongoing consistent work with productions touring 10-11 months of the year
Potential for international touring opportunities across UK, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia
Considering candidates for both immediate start and tours in the future
