Hope Repertory Theatre is looking for a Lead Draper to join us for the 2026 Summer Season. In this role, you will be the bridge between a sketch and the stage, bringing the designers vision to life for our diverse productions You will work alongside our costume shop manager, first hand, and 4 stitchers to bring the costumes to life

Located on the campus of Hope College in Holland, Michigan, Hope Rep is just minutes from the Lake Michigan beaches. Hope Rep operates as an LOA LORT D Equity Theatre providing excellent internships along with professional opportunities.

We are producing 5 shows this season with 3 in rep at the DeWitt Theatre, 1 at the Knickerbocker Theatre in Downtown Holland and 1 Theatre for Young Audiences production.

Employment dates are May 25 to July 11.

Hope Rep provides free housing for all positions within walking distance to the theatre.
