Position Title: Assistant Box Office Manager

Targeted Start Date: Candidates will be considered on a rolling basis. The work schedule will coincide with performances and special events, including evenings and weekends.


Reporting to the Box Office Manager, the assistant Box Office Manager supports the daily operations of the Box Office, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient ticketing processes for both Syracuse Stage and the SU Department of Drama performances. This role also works closely with Group Sales to manage contracts and provide administrative support that enhances the overall patron experience.
