The Technical Director supports the technical execution of mainstage productions and overall facility operations. Working closely with the Production Manager and design teams, this role assists with drafting, planning, and participating in scenic construction, installation, and strike, serving as a lead carpenter and supervising overhire crews.

The position helps maintain tools, inventory, and safe work practices, while also supporting expense tracking and select event needs. Additionally, the Technical Director monitors facility and equipment issues, assists with basic maintenance, and supports rentals and events to ensure smooth daily operations.
