Working with a focused ensemble of up to 20 students (ages 13-19), this is an opportunity to create work that is grounded, expressive, and deeply connected to the music, rhythm, and emotional landscape of the show. We are looking for an artist who can build a world through movement-one that is raw, intentional, and alive.

Position Overview

Collaborate closely with the Director and Music Director to align artistic vision
Teach choreography with clarity, intention, and attention to detail
Assist in auditions by teaching a movement combination and supporting casting decisions
Coordinate with Stage Management, Assistant Stage Manager, and creative staff to maintain efficient rehearsals

Student Development + Leadership

Mentor and support students ages 13-19 in building technique, confidence, and storytelling ability
Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback and individualized coaching
Foster a focused, respectful, and inclusive rehearsal space
Encourage strong ensemble work, accountability, and artistic investment

General Responsibilities

Bring creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit to the rehearsal room each day

Help maintain a safe and organized rehearsal environment
