About the Role: Monkey Boys Productions is urgently seeking a highly organized Human Resources + Financial Administrator to join our team in Hatfield, PA. This is a critical, dual-focused role responsible for the daily operation and management of all our Human Resources and financial activities. Reporting directly to our Co-Owners and Operations Manager, you will act as our internal consultant and subject matter expert on HR best practices, process compliance, and complex administrative issues. We are looking for someone who can continuously review and recommend improvements to our administrative processes to increase both efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources + Employee Relations:
Manage the full new hire process, including communication, onboarding, interview scheduling, and preparing formal documentation such as offer and salary change letters.
Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs while coordinating all open enrollments and related training.
Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure compliance.
Draft new personnel policies and provide guidance to employees and management on all procedures.
Manage employee check-ins, handle HR-related inquiries or grievances, and lead any necessary investigations.
Support management with performance reviews and collaborate with the Safety Committee and Shop Supervisor on safety policies.
Reconcile time-off requests into the official time-tracking system and maintain compliant employee personnel records.
Oversee employee events, manage weekly company update emails, and coordinate on-site travel arrangements.
Finance + Accounting:
Perform monthly reconciliations of all bank and credit card accounts, coordinating with a Co-Owner to match transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Process bi-weekly payroll entirely within QuickBooks and manage the integration of QuickBooks Time.
Manage the full client invoicing process, oversee invoice portals, and track status utilizing Monday.com.
Process vendor bill payments and company bank deposits.
File quarterly local taxes and troubleshoot any related filing issues.
Generate weekly project material reports for relevant teams and monthly financial reports for the administrative team.
Manage rental payments and security deposits in coordination with the Rental and Retail Coordinator.
Qualifications + Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience working in a Human Resources Generalist capacity.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online for both payroll and accounting, alongside high proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
HR Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of state, federal, and local employment regulations, as well as compliance records management.
Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, coupled with a proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain high focus for extended periods (especially during payroll and financial data processing), lift up to 25 lbs, and sit or stand for prolonged periods.
