Theatre Aspen, a nationally recognized professional theatre company, seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead all production operations for its summer repertory season at the Hurst Theatre.

This senior role oversees the full production lifecycle across all departments, managing budgets, schedules, staffing, and safety while ensuring a high standard of artistic and operational excellence. The Production Manager works closely with senior leadership, creative teams, and the Technical Director to deliver a seamless and collaborative production process.

Contract Dates: Immediate part-time remote start, transitioning to full-time in Aspen approximately May 4 +ndash; September 18, 2026

Compensation: $1,100+ndash;$1,300/week, commensurate with experience

Housing + Travel: Provided

Qualified candidates will have significant professional production management experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and familiarity with union and repertory environments.
