We are seeking a Project Manager who will own the project from approved layout through final installation and opening, with a strong focus on coordinating Time Mission+rsquo;s internal installation scope.

This role is heavily site-based and requires approximately 60% travel across the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Ownership +ndash; Time Mission Scope

Own projects from layout approval and installation planning through on-site installation, testing, and handover.
Act as the primary point of contact for installation-related coordination with the customer, architect, and site team.
Ensure all Time Mission responsibilities are delivered according to the Project Work Letter and agreed timelines.
Pre-Installation Planning

Review customer-provided CAD drawings and layouts for compatibility with Time Mission requirements.
Verify site readiness prior to installation (flooring complete, power, network, HVAC, ceiling height, access).
Coordinate delivery logistics, access paths, forklifts, and material handling.
Prepare installation schedules and sequencing for Time Mission teams.
Installation + Assembly Execution

Be present on-site during key installation phases to coordinate teams and resolve issues.
Coordinate internal install teams and freelancers with HR / Field Staffing.
Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality assembly.

Oversee portal calibration, system testing, and final checks.
Manage punch lists and ensure all issues are resolved prior to soft opening.
Support handover to operations and training teams.
Reporting + Coordination

Track installation progress against schedule.
Communicate risks, delays, and required actions clearly and early.
Coordinate closely with Finance to validate installation-related costs and invoices.
QUALIFICATIONS

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
EXPERIENCE

3+ years managing installation, assembly, or fit-out projects.
