Hope Repertory Theatre is looking for an experienced Technical Director to join us for the 2026 Summer Season. As the Technical Director you work collaboratively with the Scenic Designers and Directors to complete all work in a timely manner, create working drawings from Scenic Design draftings, and work to ensure shows are completed within deadlines and budgets. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the needs of the Scene Shop. You will lead and supervise 4 staff crew and 2 interns.

Located on the campus of Hope College in Holland, Michigan, Hope Rep is just minutes from the Lake Michigan beaches. Hope Rep operates as an LOA Lort D Equity Theatre providing excellent internships along with professional opportunities. We are producing 5 shows this season with 3 in rep at the DeWitt Theatre, 1 at the Knickerbocker Theatre in Downtown Holland and 1 Theatre for Young Audiences production. Employment dates are May 25 +ndash; August 5.
Hope Rep provides free housing for all positions within walking distance to the theatre.
