FLSA STATUS: Temporary, Hourly, Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION RATE: $23.71 per hour

DATES: 4/23 - 5/31/2026 possible extension to 6/14/2026

POSITION SUMMARY: The Goodman Theatre Wardrobe Dressers for our production of Covenant. The dressers will work with actors on all changes and will clean and+nbsp;maintain+nbsp;all costumes.+nbsp;


This is an hourly position for the duration listed above. Housing and travel are not provided.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Prep and preset all costume pieces

-Assist actors with all changes and costume handoffs

-Launder and maintain all costumes

-Develop and document the entire run track though the tech process



QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE:

-Working knowledge of backstage procedures and performance etiquette

-Basic sewing skills

-Professional Wardrobe Dressing experience

-Well organized and punctual

-Work collaboratively as a team member and maintain a positive attitude in high pressure situations
