Experienced Pattern Makers + Sewers

We are a creative studio based in New York City, specialized in costume and accessory design, development and production.

We are currently seeking skilled and experienced sample makers, pattern-makers and sewers to work with us in our fast-paced studio on development and construction of custom commissions with (most often) quick deadlines, on project basis and as independent contractors.

Immediate Availability for Upcoming Projects

Work on-site at our studio in downtown Manhattan or remotely from your own studio in New York City

Project-based Assignments with potential for Ongoing Collaboration


Requirements:

Minimum three (3) years experience in the costume and/or fashion industry in capacity of sample maker, pattern-maker and/or sewing

Ability to work from design concepts, sketches, or reference garments

Reliable, Punctual and Deadline Oriented. Able to deliver excellent results in a quick turnaround.

Attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship

Proficiency in Clo 3D Fashion Design Software, preferred for pattern making candidates, but not a prerequisite.
