Warehouse Manager

Location: Knoxville TN
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and staff coordination. This role is hands-on and operational, responsible for keeping materials moving efficiently, maintaining a safe and organized warehouse, and supporting internal teams and customers with reliable logistics and service.

Responsibilities:
Manage all shipping and receiving activities

Maintain accurate inventory using warehouse or inventory software

Schedule drivers and contractors and coordinate local deliveries

Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance

Supervise warehouse staff and support future hiring and training

Manage warehouse expenses and purchasing accounts

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed

Attend regular operations meetings and coordinate with leadership

Maintain OSHA safety standards and DOT related requirements

Deliver strong customer service and support internal teams

Qualifications:
5 plus years of experience in warehouse or logistics management

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Clear communication skills and ability to work across teams

Comfort using Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems

Ability to lift 50 plus lbs. and work in a physical warehouse environment

Experience with AV equipment or technical inventory preferred

Familiarity with warehouse or rental software a plus
