POSITION: PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
STATUS: FULL-TIME (EXEMPT)
START DATE: ASAP
TERM: We would appreciate an initial commitment through the 2025/2026 Season
(through August 1, 2026). After the first three months, we will meet to evaluate performance, progress, and needs, together. It is our great hope that this will be a long term employment relationship for us both, full of opportunities for growth.
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):
●Coordinate preplanning for incoming productions, including administrative
responsibilities such as email correspondence, phone calls, and information tracking.
●Researching production needs, carefully tracking estimates, orders, expenses, etc.
●Assist with the accurate upkeep of inventory of production equipment, supplies, props, set pieces, rental packages, and production materials.
●Drive in company vehicle, as needed, for pick up and drop off of theater related items and personnel.
●Assist the production department administratively with education programs and special events.
●Assist with Front of House duties such as concessions, box office, ushering, house management, etc., always providing exceptional customer service.
●Other related duties as directed by Management.
MORE INFORMATION:
●This is a full-time position where nights, weekends, and early mornings are
required from time to time (particularly during special events, pre-production,
production).
●Strong organizational and time management skills: The ability to juggle multiple deadlines, manage different projects simultaneously, and maintain meticulous
records.
●Excellent communication both written and verbally.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
●SALARY shall be $40,000/year gross salary.
●PAY PERIOD: Weekly, paid on a week-lag (exempt)
●Eligibility to participate in Company Sponsored Health Plan, and PTO
