The Associate Artistic Director acts as a creative partner and organizational bridge, helping shape the artistic vision while ensuring productions and educational programming run smoothly. This role blends big picture thinking with hands on problem solving, sustaining the theatre+rsquo;s artistic mission and fostering an environment where artists can do their best work.
Qualifications include:
+bull;8+ years of professional musical theatre producing, directing or design experience, and casting experience at a comparable venue, including work with both union and non-union actors, directors, and designers
+bull;Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet-based collaboration tools
+bull;Proven experience leading casting processes in collaboration with both in-house and New York+ndash;based casting directors.
