Note - While this job is not specifically theatre, it is suitable for someone with theatre industry experience in production management or technical direction, and involved substantial travel to various US cities for extended periods of time.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager (Construction + Installations) based in Providence, RI. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and installation projects at various Time Mission locations. The role requires managing scheduling, ensuring quality control through inspections, facilitating logistics, and expediting materials and equipment to meet project timelines. Additionally, the position involves frequent travel, approximately 60%, to oversee projects at different sites.
Qualifications
Experience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and delivering projects within deadlines and budgets
Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure materials and resources are efficiently coordinated
Skills in Inspection and Expeditor processes to maintain high-quality standards and support installations
Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations is a plus
Flexibility to travel up to 60% to oversee on-site projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proficiency with project management tools and software
