North Shore Music Theatre, a 1500 seat arena style theater, is seeking additional spotlight operators for its upcoming 2026 Season:

'On Your Feet': May 29th - June 14th

'Joseph + Dreamcoat': July 3rd - July 19th

'Rock of Ages': August 7th - August 23rd

'Come From Away': September 11th - September 27th

Yeston + Kopit's 'Phantom': October 16th - November 1st

'A Christmas Carol': November 27th - December 23rd

Depending upon experience, we may have additional work during the off weeks between shows.

Ideal applicants must have full availability for dates listed above for each show run, and those with availability for working the entire season will be given first consideration. The ideal candidate will have previous experience running spot and knowledge of theatrical lighting equipment. Candidates should have a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to follow instructions and be comfortable climbing ladders and safely working at heights of 25 feet on a catwalk above the audience during show runs. Must have strong interpersonal skills. Experience in technical theater and show run calls is preferred but not necessarily required.

Housing and travel is not provided for this position.
