Iron Crow Theatre is seeking a highly organized, proactive Stage Manager to join our upcoming production of The View Upstairs by Max Vernon.

What We+rsquo;re Looking For

A Baltimore-based (or nearby) Stage Manager who can be present for rehearsals and performances.

Strong experience calling cues for musical theatre (sound, lights, projections preferred).

Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style.

Clear and consistent communicator with actors, designers, and production staff.

Deep respect for queer-centered storytelling and an understanding of the responsibility that comes with this work.

Ability to maintain rehearsal reports, schedules, tracking documents, and manage production logistics with accuracy.

Someone who protects the rehearsal room culture while holding boundaries and keeping the process on track.

Availability for rehearsals and full tech/performance schedule (details provided upon inquiry).

Responsibilities Include

Running rehearsals and maintaining production paperwork.

Coordinating with Director, Music Director, and Designers.

Calling the show during tech and performances.

Supporting a safe, professional, and inclusive environment.

Managing backstage operations during performances.
