We+rsquo;re hiring Exhibit Installation Helpers to support the setup, staging, and breakdown of immersive exhibits, branded environments, museum displays, and specialty installations throughout Hartford and surrounding areas.
If you enjoy hands-on work, problem‑solving, and being part of a team that brings creative spaces to life, this is the perfect role.

What You+rsquo;ll Do

Assist with installing, assembling, and positioning exhibit components
Handle materials such as panels, scenic pieces, graphics, lighting, props, and hardware
Support lead installers with measurements, leveling, lifting, and staging elements
Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
Load and unload trucks, pack and wrap materials, and help with breakdown
Follow directions and adapt to unique project environments

Pay

$17+ndash;$20 per hour
Rate based on experience, reliability, and skill with tools.
Overtime and weekend work may be available depending on project schedules.

What We+rsquo;re Looking For

Reliable, positive, eager to learn
Comfortable working with hand tools and moving materials
Able to lift 40+ndash;75 lbs depending on project needs
Good communication and willingness to work as part of a team
Experience with installation, carpentry, events, theater, warehousing, or construction is a plus
Must have reliable transportation to job sites or meeting locations in the Hartford area

Schedule

Primarily daytime hours
Some evening or weekend projects depending on installation timelines
