JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Costume Designer works closely with the costume designers throughout the season. They will help organize the paperwork, purchasing, pulling, and construction of each costume design. They will attend general company meetings and production meetings. This position will design the last show of the season. (The Red Mill)

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
In depth knowledge of theatrical costume design and construction techniques.
Dedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and productive shop environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize efficiently and multi-task.
Ability to be self-directed and take initiative.
