VSW is a scenic fabrication shop creating high-quality sets and elements for theatre, film, themed environments, events, and anything else that needs to look incredible.

Who we're looking for (aka: you):

Carpenters: You know your way around shop tools. Comfortable reading build drawings and strong attention to detail.

Welders / Metal Fabricators: Proficient in steel or aluminum mig welding.

Scenic Painters: Faux finishes, textures, and color matching. Sculpting experience is a bonus

Drafters: Freelance CAD drafters with 3D CAD experience.

- You want your evenings and weekends back - without leaving the industry
