JOB TITLE: Sound Associate
REPORTS TO: Sound Designer
HOURS: Full Time Non-Exempt
Hours based on production schedule
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
+bull; Provide audio support for all Mainstage, Cabaret + Educational productions and development events
+bull; Maintain inventory of audio equipment
+bull; Alternate with Sound Designer as A1 or A2, based on show schedule and requirements for Mainstage productions
+bull; Assist with all pre-show and post-show audio procedures
+bull; Assist with audio requirements for the rehearsal studios and lobby
+bull; Maintain clean and safe working environment
+bull; Assist with tech rehearsal set up
+bull; Perform other responsibilities and duties as requested by Executive Producer and Production Manager

EDUCATION: Bachelor+rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience.

SKILLS: Mastery of A1 and A2 positions; sound design experience; detail-oriented and organized; flexible and able to work independently without direct supervision; applicant must be able to lift 50 pounds.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years
SALARY: starting at $50,000; negotiable depending on candidates experience
