switching to feeds, as well as observing camera records when a single camera if involved. When more than one camera is used, responsible for communicating with camera opts on shots, operates camera switcher, which is needed for white/color balance, and coordinates with Video opt when
camera feed can go to main screen. Is also responsible to confirm Camera recordings.
