JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Assistant Technical Director will provide support to the Technical Director. This position will assist in the management of the scene shop and its staff. In collaboration with the Technical director they will assist in creating plans for the construction of each of our six shows, manage the scenic budget and purchasing, and help lead changeovers between shows.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Computer aided drafting and rigging experience are a must.
Communicate production plans and needs with other production areas, other departments within the company, performance venues, and other stakeholders.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Organized and detail oriented, able to prioritize efficiently and multi-task.
Ability to be self-directed and take initiative.
