We are hiring a self-driven hunter who is comfortable cold calling, cold emailing, walking into production companies, and breaking doors to win new business.
About GRAVIX
GRAVIX manufactures professional ATA flight cases, road cases, racks, and custom AV transport solutions for the live events, touring, and production industry. Our customers are production companies, AV rental houses, touring crews, and integrators who demand real-world durability.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for finding, contacting, and closing new customers from scratch.
You will build your own pipeline, identify opportunities, and grind daily to grow revenue.
No leads will be provided.
Success in this role depends entirely on your work ethic, persistence, and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call, cold email, and visit:
Production companies
AV rental houses
Touring and live event companies
Broadcast and staging companies
Open new accounts through outbound prospecting
Walk into shops, warehouses, and offices to introduce GRAVIX
Identify customer needs and sell custom case solutions
Follow up relentlessly until deals close
Build and manage your own pipeline
Maintain long-term client relationships once accounts are won
Travel locally and regionally as needed
Required Experience
Hands-on experience in the AV / production industry (required)
Previously worked in:
Production company
AV rental house
Touring environment
Broadcast or staging company
Comfortable speaking with shop managers, production managers, and technicians
Proven ability or mindset to hunt for business independently
Thick skin +mdash; rejection does not slow you down

Compensation
Base salary + aggressive commission
Uncapped earning potential based on performance
Higher earnings for hunters who close and retain accounts
