Seeking a voice teacher to teach singers Grades 3 through Adult with specific availability on Saturday afternoons / evenings with the potential opportunity to grow studio / days teaching long term.


Requirements are listed below. Instructors will not be asked to accompany performances.


Requirements:
- Masters in Music with a concentration in Vocal Pedagogy (or equivalent). Open to hiring someone with just an Undergraduate music degree as long as they have extensive pedagogical and teaching experience.
- Be able to play scales, basic melodies, and basic chords in the context of a lesson + repertoire.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience. Preference for 5+ years.
Car / Ability to get to job on time.

Bonus:
- Good knowledge of musical theater repertoire + styles.
- Good knowledge of contemporary popular music styles
- Play piano accompaniments.
- Have worked with children before.
