Mile Square Theatre is in search of a master electrician for our upcoming production of The Young King, to be performed in our Main Stage space (116 seat Blackbox with 9'-0" high grid). Responsibilities include hanging and focusing the plot provided by the lighting designer, installing and wiring practicals, putting together an expendables and rental order per the LD's plot as well as possible treatments in auxiliary / lobby spaces as part of the immersive design of the play. Master Electrician will work closely with the lighting designer, technical director and the production manager to help fully execute the lighting design. Tech is on Saturday 02/14 and Sunday 02/15, and the first performance is on Wednesday, 02/18. Dates and hours are flexible and will be scheduled in coordination with the production manager, also based on workspace availability.
